Not gonna lie, when I started making these babies it was hard to stop lol. These cutie coasters are SO fun to crochet and while the pattern only calls for 5, I think I need one in every Color Theory hue!
I used to be super scared of mandala style crochet patterns because I had no idea how to increase properly while using so many different stitches. These took a few attempts to get right, but now that I’ve designed them I can’t wait to tackle a more complicated mandala. These are perfect for those who are new to the style.
Now all I need is a backyard so I can through an epic party and crochet one of these bad boys for each guest to take home as a gift - how fun would these be as party favors!? It’s too bad my 400 sq ft NYC apt doesn’t come with one of those :(
This is an intermediate level crochet pattern and the techniques involved are single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, double crochet clusters, magic ring, and working in the round.
